Using Nobel Prize-winning science, we refine and select the highest-performing candidates to free more amino acids and smaller peptides—making protein more bioavailable, more effective, and more valuable across every application.

We partner with Biorbis, a leader in R&D and analytical services, to develop targeted enzyme applications for the markets where we can create the most value. We focus on delivering nutritional performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability—transforming protein for people, animals, and the planet. Our product pipeline is shaped by data, driven by customer needs, and constantly evolving to meet emerging demands.

Our enzymes are developed to integrate into existing systems—amplifying value without adding complexity. In partnership with Magdalena, our manufacturing joint venture, we produce at commercial scale through precision fermentation.
